Team Challenge

Team Challenge is an action-packed, versatile and fun outdoor team building event!

This event will boost team morale and get your team talking. Each individual will learn to rely on their teammates and gain a greater understanding of skills and strengths within their team. Everyone will have the opportunity to relax and get to know each other outside of the every day office environment and you may well discover new skills and talents within your team.

Team Challenge Teambuilding Event

Upon arrival you'll be organised into your teams and led to your activities field full of colourful and intriguing challenges. Every team will rotate around the activities throughout the course of the event, so everybody gets a go at everything.

The first session begins and the teams, all wearing their matching t-shirts, provided by us, head out to their first zone, excited and brimming with team spirit.

The number of zones and the type of zones you choose will be dictated by the number of people in your group and the type of activities you'd like to try.

Regular favourites are the driving zone, creative zone, reaction zone, discovery zone, pamper zone and It's a Knockout style inflatable zones, but in truth there is no limit to which activities you can participate in. If you tell us which variety of activities excites your team, we'll suggest something that will suit everyone.

The teams will compete on the activity for a set amount of time before moving onto their next exciting challenge, be it racing a buggy, playing human table football or herding ducks!

Prize Giving Ceremony

When everybody has had a go at everything, the group is drawn back together for a prize giving ceremony. Even if your team isn't the winner, it's a great ending to the day, as spot prizes are awarded for performances of particular note (best, worst, funniest, shouldn't be allowed out of the office again… etc.) for each activity.
