It pays to get a date for your Christmas Party in everyone's diary as early as possible, that way you're more likely to get the majority of people able to make it! There are parties every day of the week but the most popular dates are Fridays and Saturdays and these are booking up. If you give us a call on 08450 251 251 we can usually hold a date for a few days whilst you collect deposit payments. Start choosing your party now
 
Final confirmation and numbers

Final confirmation and numbers

Final balance for the party will be due 8 weeks before your party date so you need to collect up the rest of the money from people. At this point we need to know final numbers so if more people have decided that they want to join in the fun, then you may be able to add them if places are still available. Where applicable, details will then be sent to you about menu choices and drinks packages.

Party time!

All that leaves is a few weeks for you to just look forward to the party. Make sure everyone knows what the dress code is - they'll need their best party wear (most parties are black tie) or you might choose fancy dress based on the theme of the party you're attending.
