You will be a dynamic individual who wants to achieve a high level of job satisfaction. Customer focused and driven to exceed expectations.
You will be able to provide sales support to full corporate account handling, well organised and efficient with excellent time management skills. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a good team player. You will be able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability. Able to build relationships with suppliers, colleagues and clients.
Main Duties
To communicate a high quality service to prospective clients.
To sell products over the telephone to direct customers and to make outgoing calls to progress existing event options.
To ensure that all customer enquiries are answered effectively to conversion.
Actively seek referrals, recommendations and extra sales and business opportunities.
To accurately plan and execute itineraries.
To carry out administrative tasks as necessary.
Experience preferred, but not essential as training will be given to the successful candidate:
Sales experience
Overseas travel experience, as an independent traveller
Tour operator
Salary from: £7.50ph plus incentives
