A superbly spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house complete with a swimming pool in the rear garden.
Sleeping up to 20 guests, this house has a large living space for your group gatherings along with a fantastic modern kitchen.
This property is just 7 miles east of Brighton and the cliff-top and beach are just 5 minutes away.
The Hub of the House
Kitchen and Dining Area
The house has a stunning kitchen with black high gloss units with chrome handles, solid oak worktops and black brick style tiled splash backs. Island unit with wine cooler and wine rack plus breakfast stools for 2. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including a Rangemaster cooker with ceramic hob, double oven, warming oven and grill, Rangemaster American style fridge freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The dining area overlooks the rear garden and has tables and chairs/bench seating for 20. There is access to the rear garden.
Lounge area
The very large living room is open-plan to the dining room. The room overlooks the garden & pool and has plenty of seating. Some of the sofas are sofa beds. There is a flatscreen TV with Sky HD, DVD player and i-Pod dock and speakers. Patios doors open out to the decked area of rear garden.
Master Bedroom
A spacious en-suite bedroom with king size bed and 3 single beds (can be 5 single beds). The room has wooden flooring and an en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC. This bedroom is located on the ground floor at the front of the house.
Bedroom 1
Twin bedded room with built-in wardrobes and a Velux window.
Bedroom 2
Another twin room, located to the side of the house on the ground floor.
Bedroom 3
A versatile room on the first floor of the house offering 1 double bed and 3 single beds plus walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
A quirky room in the eaves of the house, offering 1 double bed and 2 singles.
The Bathrooms
Situated on the ground floor is a large fully tiled bathroom with white suite consisting of Victoria & Albert bath, large shower cubicle with rainfall shower-head, WC, heated towel rail and mirror. A shower room, located on the first floor, includes a shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Garden & Swimming Pool
The house has a good size rear garden with decked patio and lawn with above-ground swimming pool. There is a heater for the swimming pool (April-September only), an additional supplement applies.
There is plenty of seating outside for everyone to soak up the blissful afternoon sunshine! Plus a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
