The house sleeps up to 14 in six bedrooms - three kings (two of which can be made up as twins), two doubles and a four berth bunk bedroom. All with ensuite bathrooms.
The house has a classical beach-style of clapboard appearance with drift wood floors, seaside colours. There is plenty of entertaining space including a large Kitchen/Breakfast Room with all appliances, Dining Room, Drawing Room and Conservatory. There is ample outside eating and entertaining areas both to the front and back of the house. There is also a Hot tub for 6-7 people.
The house is situated on a leafy private seaside estate on the West Sussex coast, 15 miles from Brighton and within 90 minutes of London, by train or car.

Drawing Room: Comfortable room that seats 12 with sofas and chairs, plasma TV with full Sky package, DVD player, i-pod station, and a flueless gas fire for relaxing in the evening. French doors lead into the Conservatory.
Dining Room: Open plan dining area with specially commissioned handcrafted tiger oak table and chairs seating for 10-12, adjacent to the Drawing Room.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Fully equipped open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Room (seating 10-12) in true classical beachside style with white units and grey work surfaces and island overlooking the back garden. French doors into the back garden.
Study Area: Area in the hallway with wireless broadband, long work station, PC and printer.
Conservatory: Spacious entrance conservatory hall with sofas and chairs and direct views onto front garden, paving and outside entertaining space.
Boot Room: A very long tongue and groove cloakroom with room for shoes, coats, towels, beach kit etc. Separate toilet and basin.
Bedroom 5: The French Room with TV, DVD player and i-pod station.
Bathroom 5: Ensuite bathroom, tiled with shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom 6: Four berth bunk bedroom with TV, DVD and i-pod station with French doors to the private and enclosed rear decked garden.
