Sleeping up to 12 in 5 double bedrooms (4 en-suite bathrooms, 3 extra shower rooms and an en-suite cloakroom), the house has spacious entertaining areas both inside and out with a private rear decked garden with hot-tub, an expansive seaside decked garden as well as its own walled beach garden.
All the ground floor living space; kitchen, breakfast/dining/pool room, family/TV room, drawing room with accompanying veranda, look directly onto the front garden and beach with glorious sea views. 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms also have these amazing seaviews opening onto first floor balcony.
Less than 5 minutes walk is a village with almost everything you will need. Brighton is a 30 minute drive away.
The Hub of the House
Ground Floor
All overlooking the front garden with double french doors and beach with sea views.
Kitchen: The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and in true classical beachside style with Chalon kitchen units and island, range cooker, American fridge freezer and all associated appliances. French doors lead out into the back garden. Off the kitchen is a Utility area with additional sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Breakfast/Dining/Pool Room: An open plan dining room with pool dining table.
TV Room: Leading from the breakfast room, the TV Room has sofas and chairs, TV, full Sky package and a DVD player.
Drawing Room: A relaxed and comfortable room that seats 10/12 with sofas and chairs, TV with full Sky package, DVD player and i-pod station.
Ground Floor Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have access through French doors into the back garden, therefore this garden could be used privately by these rooms.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed, console table and chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, DVD player and i-pod station. There is an ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, basin and toilet.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed, console table and chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, DVD player and i-pod station. This room has an ensuite shower room with basin and toilet.
Shower Room 1: Next to the Utility room and back garden, this shower room has a shower, basin and toilet - perfect for when you come straight in from the beach.
Shower Room 2: Opposite the front door, this shower room can be used as an en suite shower room to bedroom 2 as it is directly down the stairs from this room. Alternatively can be used as a further shower room with basin and toilet.
First Floor
3 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms and one ensuite cloakroom. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have sea views and direct access onto the balcony.

There is a private and secluded back garden with hot tub with outside shower and further sunbathing and eating area.
The property also boasts a balcony with seating and sun loungers which runs along the full length of the house, an open veranda with balcony above with seating and an open entertaining space. And of course there's the beach and sea on your doorstep!

At the back of the property there is car parking for up to 3 cars and further parking in car park directly behind the property for a further 2 cars.
