Originally a Medieval farmhouse, this historic building is in an idyllic rural location. It has grown over the centuries without losing any of its character and now sleeps up to 24 people.
The house is set in 12 acres of gardens, meadows and woodland. In the grounds is an indoor leisure complex with swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, and there is a floodlit tennis court.
The farm has a long and fascinating musical history as it was once a world-class residential recording studio. Bands such as Queen and Ozzy Osbourne wrote and recorded material here. Brighton is only a 30 minute drive away and London is easily accessible by car or train.

Kitchens
There are actually two kitchens in this house! A big farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room with refectory table, Aga, dresser, fridge and worktops. The Little Kitchen is a modern, well-equipped cooks paradise.
Lounge
The lounge is a large but cosy room with comfy sofas and an open fire. There is Sky TV and a DVD player. A door leads out onto the terrace.
Dining Room
The dining room has a huge circular oak table, a wood burning stove and a door that leads out onto the terrace.
Bedrooms
Sleeping up to 24, there are 10 bedrooms in this house, plus a 'hole in the wall' (twin) and a sofa bed in the 'office'.
The Bathrooms
3 shared bathrooms, 2 en-suite and a downstairs cloakroom.
Swimming Pool and Grounds
Pool house with large swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, changing room, shower, WC and kitchenette. Within the grounds there is also a floodlit tennis court.
