The Merryphrey Barn is a fantastic property for a weekend away set in a quiet location within the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, a short distance from Burford. The house can sleep up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms.
The property is approximately 40 minutes away from the Oxford city centre where you have the opportunity to take in its stunning scenery as well as getting the chance to check out its amazing restaurants, bars and clubs.

About Oxford Self Catering Home
Merryphrey Barn is presented to a very high standard with up to seven bedrooms and four bathrooms available. Internally the property retains many period features along with countless contemporary touches to give this a real high quality feel. The large ground floor has the feeling of being ‘open plan’ but actually has separate ‘rooms’ making it perfect for large groups!
Oxford is just under 25 minutes from the property, meaning that this accommodation gives you the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind and also gives you the opportunity to explore the glorious city of Oxford, where you can take in the breath-taking sites and sceneries the city has to offer.
Within the property, you will be provided with a fully equipped Kitchen with a table that sits 6. Leading on from the kitchen is the separate Dining Room which has a table that seats 14 guests, making this room the perfect space for your group to gather round and socialise! Downstairs you will also find the large Living Room, with large flat screen TV with access to Sky sports, so when you are relaxing in the accommodation you can put your feet up and watch your favourite sport team! You will also find a bedroom with an en-suite.
Upstairs you will find there are four large bedrooms containing either double beds or two single beds. Two have en-suite shower rooms with WC and wash basin. There is also a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower within, WC and wash basin.
The gardens are enclosed with a 5 bar gate at the main entrance. To the side of the cottage is grassed courtyard with table and chairs, while to the rear is additional private garden containing outdoor space plus Hot Tub!
The accommodation welcomes all groups to stay including friends and families celebrating special occasion, corporate groups, as well as well behaved stag and hen groups wanting to stay central and experience everything our vibrant city has to offer.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at The Merryphrey Barn near Oxford, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
