There’s everything you need – an open-plan kitchen and living area, a pristine shower room and a comfy double bed. And you’ll love the intelligent features, like the well laid out kitchenette, and the ingenious table doubling as a workstation or a breakfast bar.
GRANDE STUDIOS
Everything about the Grande Studio has been carefully arranged to maximise your comfort – from the large open-plan layout of the living area, to the sumptuous memory foam bed. Some of the apartments have city views. There are also some Grande Studios with twin beds instead of a double.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at the Leeds Self Catering Apartments, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
