This majestic villa is situated in the wonderful setting of St. Lawrence Undercliffe with splendid sea and country views. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests in two master bedrooms with balconies to the front plus 7 additional double/twin bedrooms. In the leafy mature garden there is a large hot tub set in a suntrap terrace with plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the English country garden.
Set by the around island coastal path, close to a secluded smugglers cove, there are spectacular cliff walks to Botanic Gardens and Ventnor beach, as well as walks over down land with stunning scenery through Niton, Blackgang, Chale - in fact footpaths that lead all over the Island.

Huge, bright, spacious kitchen with two full size American style side by side fridge freezers, 7 metres (over 20 feet) of cooking and serving surface, dishwasher, large breakfast table area overlooking sunny breakfast courtyard through beautiful hardwood French doors, further French doors internally to dining room, plus door to bar and rear entrance.
Dining Area
Large, beautiful, high ceilinged dining room with 8 foot square banquet table seating 16 and leather high roll back buttoned chairs. Full height French doors and windows overlook the terrace and gardens.
Bar Area
At the rear of the open plan dining area space is a further large area with American pool table, competition size, solid wood with slate bed. There's an old church pew for spectators, plus two large bookcases full of books. Hatch through to Bar.
Sitting Room 1
Separate spacious sitting room with plenty of comfy seating, coffee tables, enormous antique spice chest, large flat screen TV with Sky+ including Movies and Sports; French doors opening to the gardens and large paved terrace for barbecuing and dining al fresco.

This bedroom suite has an antique four poster bed originally from 'Farringford', home of Lord Tennyson.
Sitting Room 3
Large wooden doors from Master Bedroom 2 into this en-suite sitting room which has a comfy sofa and armchairs, French doors overlook the gardens and sea. The sitting room can be used separately from the bedroom, providing a second sitting room, separate SKY+, flat screen TV. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom as the leather sofa converts into and can be made up for you as an additional double bed on request.
Top Floor
Although this is the top floor of the three storey property it is actually ground level to Undercliffe Drive and the original front door and entrance is on this level - useful for unloading and loading luggage to the top floor bedrooms as it eliminates stairs, as well as being a fire escape. Very little noise is heard in the property from the road as the property is built into solid rock.

Both these bedrooms have twin beds and a wash basin.
Front Bedroom 1
Room with twin beds, wash basin, sea views, fire escape door links with the metal fire escape to middle and ground level.
