This is a magnificent Cotswold Country House set in glorious countryside, yet convenient for the market towns of Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh. This detached Cotswold stone house has been recently renovated and restored, making it spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped.
Outside there is a large garden surrounding the house, which can be accessed from the living room and kitchen. A superb property of exceptional quality in a peaceful picturesque location and unreservedly recommended.
The Accommodation
Ground Floor
Entrance through to large hallway.
Cloakroom - with WC and washbasin.
Kitchen - an enormous room with separate seating area. Fully equipped with large dining table to accommodate up to 12 people, plus electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer and microwave. Separate seating area with sofa and two chairs with doors to garden.
Living Room 1 - another very spacious room with two large sofas large flatscreen TV with SKY channels (including Sky Sports) with surround sound, DVD, woodburning stove, stereo and french doors to garden.
Living Room 2 - with two sofas (1 is a sofabed) and TV with DVD player.
First Floor
Master Bedroom - another large room with king size bed, wardrobe and views towards the countryside. This room has a vast ensuite bathroom with separate shower, bath with jacuzzi facility, WC, bidet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 - with two single beds and wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 3 - with two single beds and chest of drawers.
Family Bathroom - with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 4 - with double bed with wardobe and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 5 - with double bed with wardrobe.
Outside
There are large, private gardens surrounding the house (not enclosed) with table and chairs.
The Annex
For an additional charge, it is possible to hire The Annex which offers accommodation for an extra two people. The accommodation is completely self contained and accessed via a private front door approx 10 yards from the main house. Please note it can only be rented in addition to the use of the main house. The main house has additional seating to accommodate the extra numbers.
