Stay in this stunning, cool and contemporary barn conversion set in a simply beautiful corner of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds' countryside. This self catering accommodation is perfect for large groups who prefer space to spread out and relax.
Set within the Chimney Nature Reserve, the location is ideal and convenient for Burford, Oxford and Cheltenham all being within an easy and reasonably short drive. Internally the barn has been modified to an exceptional standard and provides an excellent level of accommodation, with large rooms throughout and all mod cons included.
The Accommodation - all on one level
Entrance through to lobby area.
Living Room - a large room with three sofas (one a sofa bed) and chairs, wood burning stove, a giant beanbag, TV and DVD player with views overlooking the private courtyard.
Kitchen / Diner - another large room with seating for up to 12 around a refectory table plus a second kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. It has beautiful granite worksurfaces including an island. Doors lead out to a private paddock area.
Utility Room - with sink, washing machine, separate tumble drier and hanging space.
Cloakroom - with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 - with large double bed and an extra single bed, chest of drawers and hanging rails. Ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 (Master) - with double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rails. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash basin. French doors to courtyard garden.
Bedroom 3 - with double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rails.
Bedroom 4 - with two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging rails.
Family Bathroom - with bath, separate shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 5* - with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 6* - with twin beds, wardobe/hanging and chest of drawers.
Bathroom/Wet Room - with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
*Please note that Bedrooms 5 & 6 are attached to the Barn, but are accessed across the courtyard (approx 6 steps!).
Outside
Outside there is a good size courtyard which is enclosed. Beyond this there is ample space across the owner's land, which includes a small river and a couple of ponds.
