If you want a central Brighton location, then this is the property for you! Stay in this spacious, self catering property that can comfortably accommodate extra large groups of up to 20.
This Victorian 5-storey house is stylishly decorated throughout and fitted to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings, wooden shutters on the windows and oak floors. There's even a sauna!
Great location right in the heart of the city. There are numerous restaurants and cafes plus fashionable bars clubs and the beach, all close by.
The Hub of the House
Ground Floor
Hallway: You'll enter the house into an elegant hallway with an original tiled floor offering plenty of space for coats and shoes.
Kitchen/Diner: A stylish and spacious open plan kitchen/dining room with a 5-ring gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay. A breakfast bar with stools, a large dining table and sofa bed make this the perfect space in which to chill out, relax and cook with your friends. There is an I-pod dock, CD player and LCD TV with Freeview. Doors lead out to a little patio area.
Utility Area: There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Wet Room: Leading off from the utility area is a very useful additional wet room. This has mosaic tiling throughout and a rainfall shower.
Patio: From the kitchen there is a door to a patio area where people can sit and chat and there is a small barbecue.
Lower Ground Floor
From the kitchen there is a spiral staircase down to a large wetroom area with a shower and a sauna room.
First Floor
Family Bathroom: On this floor there is a beautifully decorated Victorian-style family bathroom with a roll top bath and a hand-held shower attachment.
Bedroom 1: This room has two single orthopaedic zip and link beds so it can be arranged as twin beds or a king size bed. There is also a cube bed making this a room for three to share.
The Lounge: The lounge is very spacious and has a large LCD TV with Freeview plus a DVD player. Please note there are new extra large stylish sofa beds which are different to the ones in the photos. This room can accommodate up to five people on two sofa beds and and a cube bed.
Second Floor
Small Terrace: On the second floor a door leads to an additional small terrace.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a king size bed and a cube bed which can be moved to a different room by guests.
Bedroom 3: An extra large room with four single beds and two cube beds. The beds can be arranged as doubles if required.
Third Floor
Bedroom 4: The penthouse bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a wooden king size bed, plush carpet and an en-suite mosaic tiled shower room with contemporary fittings. Doors open onto a fairly large terracotta roof terrace with views over the rooftops of the city and oblique views to the sea which is a few hundred metres to the right of the property. There is a table and chairs making it an ideal place to relax in the evening sun and enjoy a glass of wine as you get ready for an evening out. The bedroom also has an I-pod dock, LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. An additional cube bed can be fitted in this room so that three people can be accommodated.
