Arranged over three storeys, the house has a wonderfully quirky cottage feel. The lower ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which is a fantastic space for a large gathering, opening out to a secluded garden. The slate-clad landscaped garden offers a quiet place to relax.
The property has a relaxed home-from-home vibe while feeling a little bit extra special too. Each room is packed with charming details with an original mix of flea market finds, fifties florals and rustic touches.
This four bedroom house can accommodate up to 14 with the use of sofa beds (one double sofa bed in the master bedroom, two double sofa beds in the living room) and is the perfect place to stay for groups of friends and hen dos. The property benefits from free on street parking, and a central location: around a ten minute walk to the fashionable North Laine shops and cafes and fifteen minutes to the Pier and the seafront.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Room
Situated on the lower ground floor this open plan space is a fabulous room for a gathering. The kitchen is fully kitted with twin oven, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine.
The dining table is arranged to seat 6 with extra folding chairs and tables easily added for larger dinner parties of up to 14 guests. Three sofas make a sociable living area. Two of the sofas fold down to make double beds for up to 4 extra guests. The room is fully teched out with flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound, i-pod dock and Wi-Fi.
Bedroom 1
The Liquorice Allsorts Bedroom is situated on the ground floor and is a large dual aspect double bedded room, plus a double sofa bed to sleep 4.
Bedroom 2
Also on the ground floor is the Sherbert Dip Dab Bedroom with zip and link beds.
Bedroom 3
The Lollipop Bedroom is on the first floor of the house and is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
The Parma Violet Bedroom is another double bedroom on the first floor with zip and link beds.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One is a stylish bathroom with large double ended bath with shower. The other has a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Garden
The delightfully secluded garden is surrounded by a creeper covered flint wall, rose trees, and flowerbeds. Paved in stylish slate, this is a great space for quiet relaxation. The garden is situated in a residential area and guests are required to obey a 10.30pm noise curfew.
