The house is elegantly styled throughout with references to Brighton Pavilion with a colour palette of blues, greens & golds together with eclectic vintage furnishings. There are original marble & cast iron Regency fireplaces in most of the rooms and a pretty Juliet balcony add to the quirky vibe of this fantastic Brighton house.

The downstairs open-plan kitchen / diner provides plenty of eating-in space but you're right in the heart of Brighton to take advantage of all the shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs and other activities that this fantastic city has to offer.

This self catering townhouse is in a great location in Brighton, just a short stroll from the beach & the West Pier.


The Hub of the House

Living Room

The town house has a comfortable living room with two original Regency marble fireplaces, opulent wallpaper, glistening chandeliers, eclectic finds and large mirrors plus squashy sofas with lots of cushions to relax away from home. There is a large flatscreen TV with iPod docker and Virgin media package. There are 4 sofa beds to sleep 4 guests.

Kitchen Diner

Located on the lower ground floor, this kitchen diner has vibrant contemporary styling with citrus green glossy units, sparkling copper & granite worktops, glass splash backs and glamorous LED kick plate lights. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including a large range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer and smoothie maker.

There is a large dining table which can seat up to 16 guests. The sparkling touch of mirror tiles ensure you can glam up your dining experience and celebrate in style! There is a small terrace leading from the kitchen / diner. A further entrance from the front of the house leads directly to this room.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Situated on the first floor of the house, this is a great room with a pretty Juliet balcony and marble surround fireplace. This room has one triple bunk and one set of single bunk beds to sleep 5 in total. This elegant and charming room is decorated with shimmering wallpaper and pavilion influenced décor.

Bedroom 2 - This is a beautifully vintage room with gold floral wallpaper, an antique wardrobe, upholstered headboards with chocolate brown silky throws and golden cushions. The black suede blackout blinds ensure you won't be awoken early in the morning! This bedroom is situated on first floor and has a set of custom built single bunk beds and a further double zip and link bed to sleep 4 guests in total.

Bedroom 3 - Situated on the second floor, this charming bedroom has a double 'zip and link' bed together with a further single bed to sleep 3 in total. The room has sumptuous styling with dark charcoal & cobolt walls, soft suede uphostered headboards and a black regency fireplace. On this floor there is a separate WC and basin.

Bedroom 4 - Also on the second floor is a pretty petite bedroom with a double 'zip and link' bed to sleep 2 guests. A Regency fireplace, vintage plates and plumped cushions give this room a delicate and dainty atmosphere.

Bathrooms

There are 2 newly fitted plush contemporary bathrooms in this house. There is a family bathroom with bath and over head shower with basin and WC. There is also a double shower pod with mosaic tiling, basin and WC on the ground floor of the property.

Terrace

A pretty patio terrace ideal for the smokers in your group! Doors lead from the kitchen / diner.

Access Information

This is a 4 storey property with the main entrance at street level then further steps down to a second kitchen entrance at basement level.
