Living Room
The cosy living room has an enormous comfy corner sofa and flatscreen TV with DVD and i-Pod docker. The room comes complete with fun vintage finds, board games and quirky accessories. The room accomodates 2 guests on a double sofa bed. There is the added luxury of an authentic wood burning stove, perfect for snug cosy evenings by the fireside.
Sleek window shutters with crystal handles frame the fantastic view towards to the sea. A door in the living room leads you out onto the balcony where you can soak up the sun or sip a drink and watch the sunset.
Kitchen
The contemporary kitchen has shiny sleek grey and plum units, and comes complete with a black Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and dining for up to 8 people. It is fully fitted with everything you'll need for your weekend stay including a coffee machine and smoothie blender. From the kitchen, a door leads out onto the roof terrace with further outside dining for 12 guests.
Bedroom 1
Relax and indulge in this exuberant bedroom which has a large double bed that converts into twin beds. A groovy but sophisticated ambience is created with the use of a plum and gold colour scheme with a wallpapered accent wall. The room has lovely details throughout. There is a large mirrored wardrobe for your belongings during your stay. You can enjoy a sea view from this room from the great period Georgian windows.
Bedroom 2
This room has a soft luxurious atmosphere with pretty quilts and cushions. The double zip and link bed can convert into twins. There's plenty of space for your belongings in the double mirrored door wardrobes. There is a dressing table with large mirror - essential for getting ready for your night out!
Bedroom 3
This sophisticated bedroom has gold and green feature wallpaper. A double zip and link bed can convert into twins and is accessorised with pretty quilts and cushions. There is a mirrored wardrobe with drawers for your clothes and belongings.
Bedroom 4
This is a delightful petite double bedroom with the bed facing towards the window to enjoy the sea views. Yellow wallpaper adds a playful touch to the accent wall. The room has a mirrored wardrobe for your belongings.
Bathrooms
There are two sleek bathrooms in this house, both fitted out to high standard of hotel style fixtures and fittings. The first family bathroom has a large spa jet bath with a powerful shower. The second shower room is on the top floor of the property adjacent to the 3 bedrooms on this floor and has a powerful large walk in shower, WC and basin.
Roof Terrace / Balcony
This house has two fantastic outside spaces. The first is a decked roof terrace, accessed from the kitchen, complete with spotlights and outside dining for 12 guests. You can watch the buzz of the street below, with its excellent bars, bistros & boutique shopping. There is also a further delightful balcony, out from the living room, which directly faces the sea where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.
