Goodwin Town House is located right in the heart of Brighton and is ideal for stag and hen groups looking for spacious self-catering accommodation. The house is able to sleep up to 16 guests.
There is parking for 2-3 cars and the you’re minutes away from vibrant kemptown where you can find food and bars, and the seaside is also just a short 5 minute stroll away.

About Brighton Townhouse
On the ground floor you’ll find the first bedroom with two triple bunks, and bedroom two with another triple bunk. There’s also a toilet and washbasin, utility room with washer and drier, and access to the courtyard garden.
The first floor is where you’ll find the living room which is a great space for entertaining. You’ll have use of the plasma TV and our comfy chairs. We also have a balcony here and you’ll find the kitchen/diner which is fully equipped, plus a large dining table to seat your entire party.
You’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite on the second floor with a luxurious superking bed and Ikea chair bed. The fourth bedroom has a superking zip and link bed and bunk bed, plus a family bathroom on this level with full size bath. It offers hotel-style zip lock beds, meaning the room can be configured as either double or twin accommodation.
This house can be combined with our Hargate House to accommodate a much larger group.

Booking Information
To secure your booking at Goodwin Town House, you will need to pay a small deposit. The remaining final balance will be due 8 weeks before your booking date.

Please note there is a mandatory security deposit due 1 week prior to your check-in.
What is a security deposit and how does it work?
A security deposit is a good behaviour bond that is ring-fenced in your account on the week that you check-in. The security deposit is to encourage guests to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it as it is found. It’s also to deter any damages or noise complaints.
Providing there are no damages or complaints, the funds ring-fenced in your account will be automatically released back to you 7-10 days after check-out. You will be sent further information regarding the security deposit post-booking.
