Located within walking distance of the beach, this great Victorian property has been newly decorated in a slick contemporary style to sleep up to 14 guests. There are 4 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A claw foot Victorian bath adds to the luxury of this house!

Kitchen and Dining Area
There is a fabulous black gloss open plan kitchen with doors leading out onto the pretty patio garden. The sleek kitchen is well equipped for your stay with its central island and hob, breakfast bar, TV and I-pod dock, black glossy American style fridge-freezer (big enough to store all your beverages & complete with ice dispenser) & its slick cafe style coffee machine.
The open plan dining area is a great place for socialising. The dining tables can be set up to seat 12 people with additional seating for 4 people around the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
Lounge area
The lounge is found on the right hand side as you enter the property, has stripped wooden floors. Comfy leather sofas and a wall mounted flat screen Sky TV. There is a double sofa bed in this room to sleep 2.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed, with wall to wall wardrobe & overlooks the front of the house. It has its own Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2
This bright sunny room, which overlooks the garden, sleeps 4 people in 2 sets of bunk beds.
Bedroom 3
Located on the third floor, again this bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and overlooks the front of the house. This room sleeps up to 4 people.
Bedroom 4
Overlooking the garden, this double room sleeps 2 people in a brass double bed.
The Bathrooms
Good size family bathroom with shower over roll top bath with claw feet, W.C. and large ornate Victoriana wash hand basin. This bathroom is located on the second mezzanine level. On the first mezzanine level, is a good size double shower room with twin wash hand basins. There is also a useful understairs cloakroom with W.C. and wash hand basin.
Garden
Patio courtyard garden directly accessed from the kitchen/ dining room through tri-folding, sliding doors. There is a barbecue for your use and outdoor bean bags for guests to relax on.
