This substantial 4 bedroom house can sleep up 20 guests, so it is perfect for large groups.
The house has a spacious hallway, large living/dining room, conservatory and huge kitchen. There is a large private garden which is accessed through the bright sunny conservatory. Three bedrooms and two large double shower rooms on located on the first floor of the property, with a further large attic room with en-suite bathroom on the second floor.
This self catering house is in a great location, just 2 minutes from the seafront. The bars and restaurants in Brighton and Hove are all a short walk away.

Spacious kitchen equipped with integral fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay.
Living Room
Great open-plan living room with oblique sea views. There are 3 sofa beds which sleep 1 person each and a double sofa bed sleeping an additional person if required. This is a great room for relaxing and chatting with friends. To keep you entertained there is Sky TV on the large flatscreen TV or you could watch a DVD, or listen to some tunes on the i-pod dock!
Dining Room
The spacious dining room is accessed from the kitchen, and is equipped with a huge dining room table and chairs to seat a group of up to 20 people!
Bedroom 1
The large Master bedroom with oblique sea views, has triple bunk beds (4ft.6 double and 3ft single over) and two single beds, sleeping 5 in total. This bedroom has a very spacious en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2
This large bedroom is situated to the rear of the property with a window overlooking the garden. The room sleeps 5 with use of a triple bunk bed (4ft 6 double and a single bed over) and 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom, situated to the rear of the property, overlooks the garden and has a single bunk bed which sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4
The large attic bedroom on the top floor sleeps 4 people in 4 single beds. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, Jacuzzi bath, WC and ladder towel rail.
Bathrooms
The property has 3 bathrooms in total. 2 spacious shower rooms (one en-suite), a large en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom at the top of the house, an additional spacious separate family shower room with feature infinity mirror, plus a separate cloakroom located on the ground floor (so 4 WCs in total).
Conservatory
The conservatory at the rear of the house is a lovely little suntrap with additional seating.
Garden
The house has a generous garden with a flagstone terraced area and lawn.
