This self catering house includes beautifully decorated bedrooms and living areas, gorgeous bathrooms and a contemporary kitchen. The open-plan kitchen and living room is fully kitted out with everything you'll need for your stay, including a large flatscreen TV and comfy leather sofas. The house also boasts its own large private wall garden which is a real sun-trap in the summer.
There are three double bedrooms with large zip and link hotel style beds together with 2 bathrooms, fitted with Victorian style chrome fittings and fixtures in keeping with the period essence of the property. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and an additional 2 portable fold-out, foam chair beds upstairs in the attic bedroom.
The house is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the Lanes.

A well designed entrance lobby provides a welcoming entrance to this fantastic house. The ground floor is in an open-plan arrangement and is bright white and chic with both period and contemporary touches.
The modern kitchen area has sleek white gloss units with stainless steel accessories. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, fridge and freezer.
In the lounge/dining area there are 2 large leather sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed for larger group bookings. There is a 32 inch flatscreen TV on the wall. There is also an extendable dining table to seat 10.
The Bedrooms
All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have fresh crisp Egyptian cotton linen, soft large towels and pretty cushions and accessories.
Master Bedroom - has a large luxurious 6 foot super king-size bed. There is a dark wood wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and belongings.
Bedroom 2 - this good sized double bedroom has a super size bed that converts into twin 3 foot singles. There is a dark wood wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and belongings.
Attic Bedroom - this gorgeous bright attic room has a large luxurious 6 foot super king-size bed that can convert into twin 3 foot singles. There are a further 2 single fold-out foam chair beds perfect for larger group bookings. There is plenty of drawer & hanging space for your belongings. The room has fresh white walls and dark wood beams on the ceiling with stylish chrome spot lights.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms with limestone tiling and fitted with Victorian style chrome fittings and fixtures in keeping with the period essence of the house.
Garden
Unusual to find in such a central location, is a house with a garden, but this house has a fantastic large walled garden with beautiful round lawn, contemporary decked areas and dining table and chairs. Mature planting and pretty climbers create an oasis for you to enjoy. There is a further sunken terrace adjacent to the kitchen with additional seating and dining table. Please note: The garden is situated in a residential area and noise levels must be kept to reasonable levels.
Access and Parking Information
This property is located in a 'twitten' (path) within the South Lanes of Brighton and is therefore accessed directly by foot. Due to its central location, there is no on-site parking available.
