This fantastic self catering house, sleeping up to 20 guests, is presented in a classic style with a contemporary edge.
The cupboard under the stairs leads to a 1000 sq ft cellar room that has been converted into an unlicensed private bar. There is a huge dining table to seat 20 guests, leather upholstered sofas and chairs, large flatscreen TV and console, and of course the bar!
The first floor of the house consists of a separate one bed apartment sleeping 6 people with use of twin bedroom, double sofa bed and two single sofa beds in the living area. There is an en-suite bathroom off the bedroom and additional separate fully equipped kitchen / living area.
The second and third floors form a separate four bed maisonette with 3 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 4 single sofa beds and 1 double sofa bed accommodating up to fourteen people.
This attractive apartment is tucked away in the middle of Clifton, close enough for a visitor to access most of the main attractions of Brighton and with basic amenities on the doorstep.

The Main House
Kitchen, Living and Dining Area
A fantastic bright open plan living area with a floor to ceiling bay window, original antique pine wooden floor boards and feature fireplace. There is a folding dining table with folding bench seating to accommodate up to 10 and a large three seater sofa and matching arm chairs, which convert into sofa beds to accommodate a further 4 guests. There is also a large flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen has contemporary high gloss units with marble effect worktops and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob and oven, slimline dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Please note that in order to accommodate 4 guests on the sofa beds in the living area, it will be necessary to fold away the dining table & benches.
Bedroom 1
A lovely bright twin bedded room with luxurious throws and cushions and an en-suite shower-room and WC with heated towel rail and shaver point.
Bedroom 2
Another bright and airy twin bedroom with a large comfortable single chair bed and fabulous feature fireplace. Lovely throws and cushions with plenty of hanging space and draws for your belongings.
Bedroom 3
A twin bedroom with large comfortable single chair bed, luxurious cushions and throws.
Bedroom 4
A bright double bedroom with a large comfortable single chair bed.
Master Bathroom
A large bathroom with a fabulous roll top bath with ball and claw feet, and a rain fall shower over the bath. The room also has a feature fireplace and twin basins with a high cistern WC.
Cellar Room
The Cupboard Under The Stairs is a huge recreational function room which can be used as your own private entertainment or function room, a great space for large groups to all dine together. There is a huge dining table to seat up to 20 guests, private bar and large comfy leather sofas and chairs and large flat screen TV with 3D accessories and console.
One Bed Apartment
This separate one bedroom apartment has a bright spacious twin bedroom, with floor to ceiling windows, 2 single sofabeds & 1 double sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 6 people in total. The en-suite bathroom to the bedroom has a large rain-fall shower, chrome ladder towel rail, mirrored bathroom cabinet, shaver point, hand basin and WC.
