Stay in this superb 5-storey Victorian house in central Brighton which even has it's own private sauna complete with flashing lights!

The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate large groups of up to 20 people. Stylishly decorated and fitted to a high standard, the house provides a feeling of quality, luxury and space throughout, with great fixtures and fittings, large mirrors, white wooden shutters for privacy, and oak and natural stone floors. There is a choice of three private terraces with the property, a roof terrace off the top floor master bedroom suite, one on the mezzanine level which is screened for privacy with chairs and a patio on ground floor level off the kitchen diner for people to sit and chat and have a drink!

You've got all of the city's attractions on your doorstep including the beach which is just a 5 minute walk away.


The Hub of the House

Kitchen / Dining Room

This is a fantastic open plan room with plenty of room to sit and chat with friends, whilst cooking up a feast in the well equipped kitchen! This room measures approx 25ft in length and has high ceilings of the period and white Savannah style wooden folding shutters. There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the Sauna room, which makes for your very own spa retreat!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your weekend stay including a 6 Ring Gas Hob, Double Oven, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and several large toasters.

There are 2 dining tables that can be pushed together with benches to seat up to 20 people for sit down dining. A breakfast bar and stools are also available. There is an i-pod dock, CD player and additional flatscreen LCD TV with Freeview multi-channels. Floor to ceiling double french doors lead out to the patio, and also to a separate useful utility area housing the washing machine and fridge freezer. The additional wet room with rainfall shower wash hand basin and WC is located on this level too.

Living Room

There is a superb spacious luxury lounge located on the first floor of the house with large Flatscreen LCD TV with multi-channel Virgin Media TV & DVD player. There are 4 good sized double/triple sofas (two of which are double sofa beds) and additional cube beds which can be used as seats or occasional beds. So potentially this room could sleep 2-4 people.

Sauna

This house boasts a unique feature, it's own sauna complete with flashing lights! Great for groups to get down to some serious relaxation and pampering.

Master Bedroom

Located at the top of the house is the Master 'Penthouse' bedroom suite, with beautiful wooden king size bed and plush carpeting. The bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room with designer wash hand basin and tiled shower enclosure. There are additional portable cube fold out beds available at the property, which could be fitted in this room to sleep up to 3 if required. The bedroom has its own i-pod dock, LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

This bedroom has access to the roof terrace with 'cityscape rooftop' views and views to the sea beyond (which is approx 150m away). The terrace has a large table with chairs to seat up to approx. 10 people, making it an ideal spot to relax with your friends and watch the world go by below or enjoy drinks prior to hitting the city's top nightspots!

Bedroom 2

A large spacious room which sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 sets of bunk beds and also additional portable cube beds which can be used elsewhere in the property if required.

Bedroom 3

This room can sleep 5 people in 2 sets of bunk beds and an additional single bed.

Bedroom 4

This bedroom has a king size bed with additional single bed so this room can sleep 3.

The Bathrooms

On the ground floor level, there is a wet room leading off from the utility room which has mosaic tiling and a large overhead rainfall shower. On the lower ground floor, there is a wet room area with shower and a private sauna. A large Victorian style family bathroom with roll top bath and hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC, are situated on the first floor level. On the third floor, there is an en-suite tiled shower room with designer wash hand basin, silver ladder radiator and WC.

Terraces

There are 3 terraces in total at the property. One on the ground floor level which is accessed through double floor-to-ceiling french patio doors from the kitchen dining room. This terrace is very private and great for al-fresco drinks! The second is a small roof terrace on the second floor which is screened for privacy. On the top floor, there is a larger roof terrace with table and chairs and great roof top views of the city and sea on the horizon!

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking space at the property.
