This elegant house is great for large groups and is in a fantastic location in central Brighton.
Spanning four floors, this Regency house offers great space and luxury throughout. The property has a huge contemporary kitchen/dining room, five elegantly finished bedrooms and three large bathrooms. The house is decorated, furnished and designed to a high standard and offers the very best in comfortable and elegant accommodation for large groups.
The town house is close to numerous restaurants and cafes. Brighton beach and nightlife are within close walking distance.
The Hub of the House
Ground Floor
The spacious and welcoming hallway leads into a large lounge which has a feature fireplace and is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable and elegant furnishings, lamps and pictures. There is a large wall mounted LCD TV and DVD, Freeview channels, CD player and wireless broadband. The lounge is ideal for large groups as it has two seating areas. There is also a cloakroom on the Ground Floor.
Lower Ground Floor
On this floor you'll find a very large contemporary kitchen with a sociable lounge/dining area. With a large dining table for eight and an additional table for four plus breakfast bar stools this is the perfect space to cook and relax with friends. There is a very small patio area at the back of the kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully finished and offers high quality appliances with a dishwasher and microwave etc. There is also an additional utility area where there is a washing machine and washer dryer and lots of storage. There is a sofa bed in the dining area making an additional space for two extra people to stay.
Bathrooms
There are three very spacious bathrooms in total. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. All have a bath with either a separate shower or a shower over the bath. There is also an additional cloakroom on the Ground Floor.
The Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms, all elegantly finished. With quality orthopaedic zip and link beds, the rooms can be arranged as either twin rooms or with king size beds.
Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom and has 4 zip and link beds so it can accommodate four people. There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds and a z bed so it can accommodate three people.
Bedroom 3 has zip and link beds so can accommodate two.There is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room.
Bedroom 5 has a single bed and an additional pull out trundle bed underneath it.
In the lounge there is a double sofa bed to accommodate two and in the kitchen/diner there is a large sofa bed to accommodate two.
Roof Terrace
There is a roof terrace with view to the sea and seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views out to the sea.
