Girls Big Night Out - Cocktails and a little Fusion!

When the company was invited to a cocktail making lesson in London, what do you think came up first? I have nothing to wear!

However they sucked it in after a few days of turmoil, after all it was free cocktails, good looking barmen and getting off work early!

So the girls left the office to enjoy a night of cocktail drinking, shaking and flairing. After a trip on the train, (no one stuck up their hand to drive), they arrived in London to a welcome cocktail of their choosing.

The barman soon had their preferred cocktails in hand before you could sneeze, Mohito’s and Passion Fruit Daiquiri’s were the firm favourites.

Now the cocktail lesson started, first with Barbara designing a unique blend of (mostly) alcohol and a dash of fruit juice. Shake and pour, she was pleasantly surprised at the taste.

Not surprising when you have a cocktail barman standing 2 feet away, nevertheless a triumph, and a modest display of achievement was displayed by our passionate Italian.

Giving others the opportunity Barbara was guided throughout the cocktail bar in central London. With rubber floors (for a cocktail flair demonstration) and set on three floors it’s absolutely ideal for the hen party or a corporate event.

Now Barbara was happy (drink in hand), Hayley and Ella took up the mantle and put together some original concoctions, both shook and poured their cocktail drinks with style of a professional.

The evening was a raging success (the next day back at work was a little slow), the London cocktail making course now has a firm place in history and soon to be repeated in Brighton!

The evening did not finish at the cocktail school, the girls enjoyed a taste of Asia or so they were informed. An Asian Infusion to be exact. The food was reported to be divine along with the wine.

All in all a great night out was had by all and plenty of good memories to bond the team together!
