Historically Brighton has been a place where people could ‘get away from it all’. A place away from the rigours of work and domestic responsibilities – a place to have fun.
The most famous landmark in Brighton – the Royal Pavilion- is itself a monument to fun. A place where the Prince Regent (later to become King George IV) enjoyed liaisons with his secret but illegal wife Maria Fitzherbert.
With the Channel and the Downs as a spectacular backdrop, pubs, clubs, numerous restaurants and bars, Brighton has something for everyone.
