On a yachting half day day we can charter any number of identical yachts for a challenging series of sailing races or if you prefer relax as you glide effortlessly along as an executive incentive or client bonding. After all it's a perfect setting for a captive audience.
Yacht racing has long been trusted as a superb team building developer, testing individuals and teams alike to perform under pressure of competition.

A yachting or sailing day does not require any experience as full instruction will be available through out any day afloat.
A typical morning sail would consist of:
The morning starts with coffee at 9am where you will meet your skipper and the rest of the crew for a general briefing at 9.30am. You will then head down to the yachts where you will be kitted out with your wet weather gear and lifejacket and go through a safety brief aboard. On leaving the marina, the training begins, from hoisting the sails to helming swiftly around the race course, practising the quickest and most efficient methods of maneuvering the yacht as a team. There will then be a 10 minute warning, when the skipper will cover a few vital race rules while you prepare for the start of the race. After the race, you will return to the mooring and then over to the Yacht Club for the race results.
