Charter a Dufour sailing yacht from Brighton Marina

The luxurious Dufour 455 is joining the fleet in Brighton marina.
This teak decked 13m, 4 cabin yacht will be fully equipped and cat. 2 coded for 11 people.

The Dufour boat brings a new element to Brighton marina for a refined teambuilding or corporate event, not forgetting the more discerning stag or hen group. Treat your employees and enhance your team's dynamics! Sailing is the best team building activity as it requires efficient communication, coordination, cooperation, quick reaction and leadership!
A yachting or sailing day does not require any experience as full instruction will be available through out any day whilst afloat.

The sailing options:

Dufour half day taster charter - 3 hours

Either the morning or the afternoon, you choose.
Salty sailing taster. A more sedate morning or afternoon on the water doing as much or as little as you like. A skipper will be on hand at all times to show you the ropes or take you out to view the Brighton Marina Shoreline & piers from this unique perspective .

On leaving Brighton marina, the experience begins, from hoisting the sails to helming, practising the quickest and most efficient methods of manoeuvring the yacht as a team.

Dufour half day racing charter - 3 hours

09:30 Meet your instructors at our cabin on the West Jetty for a safety and race briefing.

09:45 Board your yacht and head out to sea for a morning of instruction. Your instructors will teach novices the basics and share their knowledge with those with more experience. Conclude your morning session with a race around the cans!

12:30 Return to the marina for a Champagne presentation for the winning team, and signing off logbooks for those who want to take their sailing further

Dufour full day charter

09:30 Meet the instructors at our cabin on the West Jetty for a safety briefing.

09:45 Board your yacht and head out to sea for a morning of instruction. Your instructors will teach novices the basics and share their knowledge with those with more experience.

12:30 Return to the marina for lunch at one of the many cafe's or restaurants (or ask us about BBQ packages).

14:00 Meet back at the sailing centre for a full race briefing. Set sail again for tuition on more advanced racing techniques then stand by for the count down to the first in a series of fleet races, putting team building and racing skills into practice. As the yachts are identical, it's team dynamics that win the day!

16:30 Return to the Marina and put the boat to bed.

17:00 Champagne presentation for the winning team, and signing off logbooks for those who want to take their sailing further.
