All the treasure hunts start with a briefing of what you should be looking for, different types of clues and any other relevant information.
The mountain bike treasure hunt activitiy includes maps, mountain bikes and instructions. There are different mountain bike courses ranging from very easy to very hard and can be either past various watering holes or to scenic picnic areas at stunning locations.
So what does a Treasure Hunt involve?
The hunt will consist of finding various clues, collecting words and solving problems along the way to find the treasure at the end.
The treasure hunt group assembles for introductions and a briefing on the Treasure Hunt rules. The participants divide into teams, and are provided with files containing everything necessary in order to complete the hunt:
- Treasure Hunt customised maps of the area to be covered
- Pens, paper, folders
- Mountian bike and safety equipment.
After the event the treasure hunters meet up for prizes and any un-resolved treasure hunt questions can be confirmed.
As a guide, around three hours allows time for the treasure hunt itself, the briefing beforehand and the meeting together at the end to announce the winners, but this is completely flexible.
We can also theme the treasure hunt to your business activity if required.

Each Mountain bike Treasure Hunt is designed specifically to your requirements whether the aim is team building, social, reward and recognition or simply for fun!
We can introduce bases and tasks to complete to retrieve points and essential information before continuing on to the next designated point. We have a fantastic location for a treasure hunt, not only dense woodland for miles but we also have a river which we can organise a water element, rafting or canoeing tasks into the day if the group wants multiple disciplines and an extensive teambuilding experience. Stag and Hen Treasure Hunts
Stag and hen mountain bike treasure hunts are a great group activity, we can tweak the scenarious for competitive teams. We organise the stags and hens into teams and they have to race to beat each other using their skills and persuasive negotiation. The treasure hunt on mountain bikes is an excellent and often exciting stag and hen day out, brilliant for groups that want to try something a little different.
