Prepare for The America's Cup Challenge

The race dates back to 1851 in The Solent, when it was first won by the yacht 'America' and was renamed the America America's Cup Challenge. It took over 130 years before another country - Australia - won the cup from the Americans, who went on to win it back and then lose it again, this time to New Zealand in 2000. Landlocked Switzerland took back the prestigious trophy in 2003 resulting in the 2007 challenge taking place in Europe for first time since 1851.
