About the team
Justin has been involved with active sports all his life. He set up Adventure Connections in the year 2000 after identifying a requirement for high quality activities and events on a continual basis, finding an idea for a corporate event, stag or hen party is hard enough but doing it on a number of occasions for different types of groups is extremely challenging, my idea was simple enough, source the very best venues, activities, hotels and fuse them together making the whole event process hassle free stress free and then do it time and time again for the same happy client.
Before Adventure Connections, Justin managed a water sports centre, raced go karts, achieved a black belt in Ki Aikido, instructed in numerous outdoor pursuits and team development programs. Working both in the UK and across Europe he has extensive business destination management knowledge and experience.
Understanding the different markets led Justin to new avenues with Corporate Connections UK and Christmas Connections. All sister companies enjoy an approach which reflects Justin's determination to deliver the absolute optimum service within each sector place, premium corporate hospitality, conference and meeting management, and fabulous Christmas parties.
Still enjoying life to the full with the best events on the market, work life balance is essential and endorsed within the company ethos, any down time (as if there's such a thing with 2 children) you will find Justin either on the hills mountain biking, walking, swimming or Argentine Tango Dancing.

Hayley joined the company in 2004, has worked in all the different departments and is the matriarch. What Hayley says goes. Working for years in the entertainment industry has given Hayley the ability to know what will work for a company and what will not, advice is freely given.
Hayley loves the company country pursuits days we hold, a nifty shot with the clay shooting and just as happy on a black tie event drinking the odd cocktail or two.
Hayleys down time generally forms following her 2 'champion' dancing daughters around the country, either in competition or watching her son play football in the Sunday League.

Tom joined Adventure Connections in January 2010 and has been heading up the 'Stag & Hen' side of the business ever since. His background in event co-ordination stretches back almost 10 years to when he organised Automotive Shows for motoring magazines throughout Europe. Well travelled; Tom spent two years exploring the world in his early twenties, before returning to the UK and completing a degree in Event Management at Brighton University in 2008. After university, Tom worked for a spell at Edinburgh International Festival where he coordinated VIP packages, so he is well used to dealing with last minute requests and working to tight deadlines!
A big fan of sport, Tom is the man to speak to regarding track days, go-karting, and in fact anything to do with an engine! Outside of work, Tom used to be found in the pub, watching football and F1, or playing Xbox, however his priorities have now changed since the birth of his beautiful baby daughter (and his life is over according to Justin!). Since joining Adventure Connections, Tom has also discovered a love for clay shooting and the casino!
Specialising in last minute events, no request is too extravagant for Tom, and he enjoys putting together VIP Packages, Sports Hospitality Packages, and great group weekends whatever the budget!

Holly is one of our new Sales Administrators. Having finished a degree in French and German at Manchester in June, Holly went off gallivanting around Australia and New Zealand for 3 months before deciding it was time to become a grown up and get a proper job. Et voila!
In her spare time Holly enjoys dancing (to anything and not particularly well), drama and sarcasm. You are likely to hear her humming her own 'on hold' music while she searches through the vast databases of activities at Connections, and daydreaming about which Adventure activity she wants to try first. Chocolate making is VERY high on her list!

Denise is our other new Sales Administrator. She has come straight out of university after completing her 3 year course in Public Relations and Adventure Tourism. As part of her course and as a hobby she has been on many adventure based holidays, with New Zealand being of the most memorable, where she took part in some very thrilling activities, including white water rafting, night abseiling and bungee jumping - with her mum! She now really wants to have a go on a Rage buggy.
Denise organised many student events during her course, and during her spare time you will find her organising the next girly night out with her friends, whether it is a night out in bars and clubs or a girly night in, including finding the perfect outfit and shoes to wear for those nights!
Denise's love for adventure and exciting nights out ensures that she will go to great lengths to find the perfect activities and place to stay for your group to make it a night to remember.

Cassie is our 'go-to girl' for everything and anything on the web! When she's not updating our content, writing our blog or on Facebook (for work purposes only of course!), she can usually be found out on long walks with friends, learning to cook (enforced on her as her boyfriend is fed up of doing all the cooking) or frequenting the bars down on Brighton seafront on a hot summers day.
She's also responsible for all the general stuff around the office - someone's got to make sure that we don't run out of teabags as the team work much better with a cup of tea on the go!
Having worked in the travel industry for all her working life, Cassie is pretty well travelled but she's finally improving her geography knowledge of the UK as her last few holidays have been on home soil. She loves trying new things, most recently she's had a go at rock climbing and quad biking. On her wish-list for this year are to try wakeboarding and climb a mountain!
