We're a highly focused and experienced events management team. We love our work and our sole purpose is to deliver events hassle free stress free. Great events take great planning!

We hope you enjoy the slideshow pictures, as you will see the company believes in first hand experience, all the pictures have been taken by us on one of our numerous days out and events over the last couple of years. The first image is of our home, The Shire House, this is where we plan all the memories!

About the team

Justin has been involved with active sports all his life. He set up Adventure Connections in the year 2000 after identifying a requirement for high quality activities and events on a continual basis, finding an idea for a corporate event, stag or hen party is hard enough but doing it on a number of occasions for different types of groups is extremely challenging, my idea was simple enough, source the very best venues, activities, hotels and fuse them together making the whole event process hassle free stress free and then do it time and time again for the same happy client.

Before Adventure Connections, Justin managed a water sports centre, raced go karts, achieved a black belt in Ki Aikido, instructed in numerous outdoor pursuits and team development programs. Working both in the UK and across Europe he has extensive business destination management knowledge and experience.

Understanding the different markets led Justin to new avenues with Corporate Connections UK and Christmas Connections. All sister companies enjoy an approach which reflects Justin's determination to deliver the absolute optimum service within each sector place, premium corporate hospitality, conference and meeting management, and fabulous Christmas parties.

Still enjoying life to the full with the best events on the market, work life balance is essential and endorsed within the company ethos, any down time (as if there's such a thing with 2 children) you will find Justin either on the hills mountain biking, walking, swimming or Argentine Tango Dancing.

Hayley joined the company in 2004, has worked in all the different departments and is the matriarch. What Hayley says goes. Working for years in the entertainment industry has given Hayley the ability to know what will work for a company and what will not, advice is freely given.

Hayley loves the company country pursuits days we hold, a nifty shot with the clay shooting and just as happy on a black tie event drinking the odd cocktail or two.

Hayleys down time generally forms following her 2 'champion' dancing daughters around the country, either in competition or watching her son play football in the Sunday League.

Barbara is our Italian member of the team, and wonderfully passionate about everything in life. Gaining a degree in law in her native country before choosing to live in the UK and further her acumen with a Masters in International Events Management.

Barbara has extensive experience within the hospitality arena, starting out waitressing she knows how an event should work, logistics and the finer touches that make the difference, Barbara now heads all the corporate events within the company.

Our bilingual international member of staff speaks four different languages, her native Italian mother tongue, English, Spanish and French, which is invaluable within our multi cultural country and makes our European event negotiations, flawless.

Barbara's down time will encompass many things, travelling, fine dining, swimming, dancing and voluntary work for Cancer Research.

Lisa comes from Plaisterers' Hall, one of London's largest, most prestigious Livery Halls, which in 2004 was refurbished so as to accommodate a variety of corporate & team building events. There, her role of Event Sales & Venue Manager, saw that her work was of the highest calibre, whilst achieving high end targets. This, plus being the head of the internal team there, kept her busy from dawn till dusk and beyond.

This position, and previous career history, has gained her an abundance of experience and knowledge within the catering, hospitality & hotel management industry, resulting in a highly knowledgeable and committed member of staff who's always willing to go the extra mile and make sure everything is absolutely perfect!

In a previous life, Lisa was also the "life & soul of the party" by working in Portugal and Cyprus, as an overseas representative! This gave her the ideal opportunity to learn a multitude of cultures and languages, so if you ever need a lesson in speaking Cypriot, just give Lisa a call!

Lisa's downtime is busy as she's currently building her own home, a grand design all of her own, which takes up all of her & her poor other half's spare time. .

Lisa now heads up, our Corporate and Christmas events department. Anything corporate and Lisa is your girl.

Sally's notorious in the office, her background which includes project management of developments for Harrods Signature says it all. Sally is the optimum in indulgence, her experience in the finer things in life spills beautifully with her events, glamorous and decadent.

Sally's attitude is unequivocal, it must be done absolutely right, no room for error will be accepted or tolerated.

Sally loves the outdoors, with annual sailing holidays she's a fine skipper and highly knowledgeable with water sports events. Country pursuits are also a passion more for the viewing capacity with the odd polo competition which is a firm favourite.

Sally's the most popular person and she endorses this by being invited on 5 deluxe hen weekends in a single year, that's also at least five weddings and new outfits!

Sally's pastimes are family lead with a gorgeous young child keeping her busy.

Paul's our media and marketing manager, he's ruthless with cost cutting, and value for money is his motto. Years within the industry has lead Paul to us. Paul now supports our online and social aspects to our websites and offline media. Interests are immersing himself in the latest technologies.

Paul's often known as 'Willow of the Wist' as he's always out of the office researching what's new and what's hot.
